Distinctive Features | Briza minor is smaller than Briza maxima. The flower/seed clusters (spikelets) distinguish them from each other. Briza minor has smaller and fewer flower/seed heads than Briza mazima. Briza minor spikelets are only 4-5 mm long while those of Briza maxima are 10-20 mm long. |
