Identifying Characteristics

Erect tuft to 60 cm high and 30 cm wide from a rosette of leaves at ground level. Leaves dark green, to 10 cm long. The stems are wire-like and dark reddish-brown. Bright yellow daisy-like flowers. Flowers October-November.

Distinctive Features

Large showy single bright yellow flower heads up to 5 cm wide.
