Serendip Sanctuary

Location: 

100 Windermere Road, Lara. The sanctuary is at the base of the You Yangs, 60 km from Melbourne and 22 km north of Geelong.

Free entry. Picnic facilities, toilets, water, information shelter. Open from 10am to 4pm every day except Christmas Day and Good Friday. Four interconnecting nature trails, each less than 2 km.

This 250 ha sanctuary enables visitors to interact with wetland and open grassy woodland habitats of the Western Volcanic Plains, and view native wildlife.
