Identifying Characteristics

Erect or spreading many-branched small hairy herb up to 40 cm tall and 1 m wide. Leaves hairy grey-green, to 8 mm long, narrow and stalkless. Flower heads are pale yellow and up to 2.5 cm wide. Flowers September-March.

Distinctive Features

Pale yellow button-like everlasting flowers up to 2.5 cm wide, surrounded by straw-coloured and dark yellow petal-like bracts.
